Kluwer Law International (KLI) was a large international publishing company.   They had a large technology firm doing their web site maintenance.   When they needed a section or page updated they would send it to this technology firm and would not get updated for two weeks.   So, when KLI felt like the changes they needed were a little more time-sensitive, they would call/email me, and I would have the changes made within 24 hours.
